Definitions

You release QTGP from any future claims of any kind whatsoever including, but not limited to, addiction, and loss of productivity or employment. QTGP cannot be held responsible for the authenticity of the content or the actions of its members. QTGP shows, contests and other activities arranged by members or third parties have no guarantee or warranty of any kind; attend or participate at your own risk.

Monitoring

QTGP has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of this site, including chat rooms and forums, to determine compliance with Terms and any operating rules established by QTGP and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. The Administrator, Super Moderators, Moderators and other authorized users of QTGP have the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason and to reveal your identity and other known information in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Termination

Either QTGP or you may terminate these Terms at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, QTGP has the right to immediately terminate your Account in the event of any conduct by you which QTGP, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach of these Terms. QTGP reserves the right to refuse service and/or terminate your membership at any time without giving any prior notice or any reasons.
